CCBill Sponsored X2K Charity Golf Tournament Continues to Support ASACP
Tempe, AZ, May , 2015 – CCBill, a global e-commerce solutions provider, announced today the popular X2K Charity Golf Tournament which takes place just before The Phoenix Forum has once again raised essential monies for the Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection (ASACP). This year, the tournament provided around $800 to the ASACP, and to date, the annual golf event has given nearly $10,000. “X2K is proud to work with CCBill and provide a great event to kick off each year’s Phoenix Forum,” said Stephen Bugbee, president of X2K. “The fact that we get to have a great day while creating awareness as well as raising money for such a great cause as the ASACP is amazing.” Each year, the X2K Charity Golf Tournament brings together players from all across the community for a fun filled, relaxing, and amicably competitive day on the course. Taking place just prior to The Phoenix Forum, golfers are typically attendees and sponsors of that three-day event. While the golf and CCBill-sponsored happy hour are highlights for the participants, the overarching goal is to help ASACP achieve its ongoing mission. “ASACP is extremely grateful for all of the support extended to it by TPF, CCBill and special fundraisers such as X2K’s annual charity golf tournament. ASACP relies on the generosity of its sponsors, members and contributors, without whom we would not enjoy the record of success we have had on behalf of the industry — and on behalf of at-risk children,” said Tim Henning, executive director of ASACP. TPF and X2K’s annual charity golf tournament also provides ASACP with the opportunity to reach an exclusive gathering of adult industry professionals and to convey its message of proactive industry self-regulation.” “The importance of what ASACP and Tim do and the dedication each displays to our community and industry cannot be overstated,” said Gary Jackson, managing VP of sales and Internet markets for CCBill. “As a title sponsor of ASACP and proud member of its advisory board, all of us at CCBill take pride in holding ourselves to the standards set out in the Ethics and Code of Conduct policies developed jointly with ASACP, and we are happy to be part of the great X2K event that helps support the association.” Much more than a payment processor, CCBill is an e-commerce platform that can provide expert support and empowerment to your expanding relationships.
